Forest Range Officers in A.P Forest Service

Recruitment (Direct) to the posts of Forest Range Officer in A.P. Forest Service notified vide Commission’s Notification No.52/2011 – Conduct of walking test, medical examination and verification of certificates –Regarding.

1. Sri Ramesh Babu Damarla, bearing Register No.52109759, a candidate for Recruitment (Direct) to the post of Forest Range Officer in A.P. Forest Service (Notification No. 52/2011) is hereby informed that on the basis of the results of written examination held on 03/06/2012 & 04/06/2012, he is provisionally admitted for walking test, medical examination and verification of certificates, due to shortfall in Non-local category vacancy of BC-B (General).

2. He is, therefore, directed to report before the Curator, Nehru Zoological Park, Hyderabad on 10/06/2013 at 5-00 A.M. sharp for walking test. If he qualified in the walking test, he will have to report before the Superintendent, Medical Record Department, Room No.507, Osmania General Hospital, Hyderabad on the same day by 11-30 a.m. sharp for his medical examination. The candidate has to pay a fee of Rs.600/- towards Medical examination to the Medical Board. The candidate should produce a Medical Certificate issued by a Medical Officer not below the rank of Civil Assistant Surgeon along with one pass port size photograph and valid photo Identification proof at the time of walking test failing which he will not be allowed for walking test.

3. After qualifying in the walking test and medical examination only, he will admitted for verification of original certificates on 10/06/2013 by 2-00 P.M.at the office of A.P.P.S.C., Prathiba Bhavan, M.J.Road, Nampally, Hyderabad.

“The following original certificates along with one set of Photostat copies duly attested by a Gazetted Officer should invariably be produced at the time of verification.

Date of Birth (SSC or its equivalent)
Evidence of Qualification (Convocation certificate) along with Marks Memos as per the Notification.
Integrated Community Certificate (issued by the concerned Tahsildar / M.R.O. / R.D.O) by BC, SC, ST candidates.
Candidates belonging to Backward Class Communities have to produce Non-Creamy Layer certificate issued by the Competent Authority (Tahsildar) vide G.O.Ms.No.3, B.C.Welfare (C2) Department, Dated: 04/04/2006.
In case of age relaxation, A.P. State Government Servants have to produce the Regular Service Certificate from the concerned Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
Any other certificate relating to age relaxation claimed by the candidate.
School Study Certificate from IV to X class if studied in school OR Residence Certificate issued by the MRO in case of Private Study for seven years including and prior to SSC.
Physical Fitness Certificate issued by the Medical Officer not below the rank of Civil Assistant Surgeon.
Hall ticket for the written examination in original and copy of this memo.
Two attestation forms duly filled by the candidate and attested by the Gazetted Officer.The Candidate is also directed to affix his / her latest passport size photograph dulyattested by a Gazetted Officer on the top of each attestation form.
Two Check lists duly filled-in and signed by the candidate.
3 Latest Passport Size photos.
In case there is any spelling mistake (s) in the certificates produced by the applicant, a certificate obtained from the competent authority /Affidavit stating that “the certificates belong to him / her only” is to be produced on the day of verification
