A division bench comprising Justice R Subhash Reddy and Justice A Shankara Narayana on Thursday accorded permission to UPSC to declare the results of the interviews held for conferment of IAS.

Dealing with a batch of writ petitions filed by several aspirants, the bench modified an earlier order passed by a vacation bench that restrained UPSC from declaring the results.
