  • Four Assistant Directors (Regulation & Information) in Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Ministry of Civil Aviation. (OBC-1, UR-3). The posts are permanent.
  • Educational Qualification : Degree in Law from a recognized university.
  • Experience : Five years' experience in the field of civil aviation dealing with any one or more of following matters:-
  • a) Legal aspect of civil aviation.
  • b) Economic aspect of civil aviation.
  • c) In the field of air transport.

  • Duties : The duties require making proposals for amendments in the Aircraft Act, 1934 and Aircraft Rules, 1937. Review of international conventions and protocols relating to civil aviation. Examination of matters pertaining to aviation law, international law, international conventions, etc. Preparation of briefs for air services agreements and for defending Central Govt. in various courts on civil aviation matters. Examination of schedules of foreign airlines.

  • Duties : Responsibilities for all the work and teaching in the High School including correspondence with Education Department of State, supervision of work of teaching and Non-teaching Staff, Pupil's discipline etc.

  • One Joint Drugs Controller (India) in Central Drugs Standardization Control Organization (CDSCO) under the Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. (UR-1).

  • Educational Qualification : i) Graduate Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Chemistry or in Medicine with specialization in Clinical Pharmacology or Microbiology from a recognized University. ii) Postgraduate Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Chemistry or Biochemistry or Chemistry or Microbiology or Pharmacology from a recognized University or equivalent.

  • Experience : Twelve years' experience in dealing with problems connected with drugs standardization and control of drugs standards out of which not less than five years experience should be in the manufacture or testing of drugs or enforcement of the provisions of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.

  • Desirable :  i) Experience in import and export of Drugs, and/or administration of Drugs and Cosmetics Act and Rules. ii) Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • Duties : To supervise the overall activities of Deputy Drugs Controllers (India)/Assistant Drugs Controllers (India).

  • Educational Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech (Civil / Environmental) and ME/M Tech in Water Resource Engineering / Engineering Hydrology / Fluid Mechanics / Flood Control/ Hydraulic Engineering / Environmental Engineering / Public Health Engineering with First Class or equivalent either in BE / B. Tech or ME / M.Tech and Ph D. or equivalent with specialization in any area related to Water Resource Engineering / Engineering Hydrology / Fluid Mechanics / Flood Control/ Hydraulic Engineering/ Environmental Engineering / Public Health Engineering. Post Ph. D publications and guiding Ph. D Student is highly desirable.

  • Experience : Minimum of ten years' teaching/ research/ industrial experience out of which at least five years' should be at the level of Associate Professor Or Minimum of thirteen years' experience in teaching and / or Research and / or Industry. In case of research experience, good academic record and books/ research paper publications/ IPR /Patents record shall be required as deemed fit by the expert members of the Selection committee. If the experience in industry is considered, the same shall be at managerial level equivalent to Associate Professor with active participation record in devising/ designing, planning, executing, analyzing, quality control, innovating, training, technical books/ research paper publications/ IPR/ patents, etc. as deemed fit by the expert members of the selection committee.

  • Eight Specialists, Gr.II,( Jr.Scale) in Anaesthesiology at Directorate of Health & Family Welfare Services, Govt. of Puducherry.

  • Educational Qualification : i) A recognized Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (Other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational Qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in sub section (3) of Section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. ii) Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in the concerned Specialty i,e.M.D (Anaesthesiology)/M.S.(Anaesthesiology)/D.A (Two year course) FFARCS (by examination)/ Speciality Board of Anaesthesiology (USA) or D.A or equivalent.

  • Experience : Three Years' experience in the concerned specialty after obtaining the Post Graduate Degree or five years experience after obtaining the Post graduate Diploma.

  • Duties : Incharge of independent unit in the concerned Specialty OPD and ward duties in the hospital. Supervision of the work of the Medical Officers attached to the unit and conducting operations, wherever necessary.

  • Educational Qualification : i) A recognized Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (Other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational Qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in sub section (3) of Section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. ii) Post Graduate Degree in the concerned Specialty i,e.   • Experience : Three Years' experience in the concerned specialty after obtaining the Post Graduate Degree.

  • Candidates must apply online through the website http://www.upsconline.nic.in. Applications received through any other mode would not be accepted and summarily rejected.

  • If the applicant is claiming any experience, then he/she has to personally upload his/her experience certificate in a single pdf file in such a way that the size file does not exceed 2 MB and is legible when a printout taken. For that the applicant may scan the experience certificate in 200 dpi grey scale.

  • Candidates who wish to apply for more than one post should apply separately for each post and pay the fee for each post in the prescribed manner.

  • After submitting the Online Recruitment Application (ORA), the candidates are required to take out a printout of the finally submitted Online Recruitment Application.

  • Candidates are not required to submit to the Commission either by post or by hand the printouts of their online applications or any other document. They will be required to bring along with them the printouts of their online applications and the documents mentioned in para 7 below if called for interview.

  • The applicants are advised to submit only single Online Recruitment Application for each post; however, if somehow, if he/she submits multiple Online Recruitment Applications for one post, then he/she must ensure that Online Recruitment Application with the higher "Application Number" is complete in all respects including fee. The applicants, who submit multiple Online Recruitment Applications, should note that only the Online Recruitment Application with higher "Application Number" shall be entertained by the Commission and fee paid against one "Application Number" shall not be adjusted against any other "Application Number".
