EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE :

(i) Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile Engineering of a recognised University or equivalent.

(i) Degree of a recognised University or Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/Automobile Engineering of a recognised Institute or equivalent

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering or Mineral Engineering or Mineral Processing or Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology or Metallurgy from a recognised university, Institution or equivalent OR Master's Degree in Geology or Applied Geology or Ore Dressing or Chemistry or Physics from a recognised University or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:

Twenty one years' experience in a Supervisory capacity* in Metalliferrous Mines or in Government Department dealing with Metalliferrous Mines. OR Twenty one years' experience in guiding research in a Laboratory or
in a Plant conducting Ore-Dressing or Mineral Beneficiation or Mineral Agglomeration work. Note: *Supervisory capacity means managing work or overseeing work in Metalliferrous Mines or in Government Department dealing with Metalliferrous Mines.

Three years' experience in well equipped laboratory* or pilot plant** conducting ore Dressing or Mineral beneficiation or Mineral agglomeration work

EXPERIENCE:

Three years experience in chemical analysis of different Ores and Minerals.

DESIRABLE:
i) Doctorate in Chemistry from a recognized University or Institution or equivalent.
ii) Experience in Instrumental analysis of Ores and Minerals.

iii) Knowledge of working of printing press and modern reprographic methods.
