Panchayati Raj and I&PR Minister of Orissa announced New Courses for IAS Aspirants

Panchayati Raj and I&PR Minister Prafulla Samal recently launched a specially designed course and scholarship programme to help large number of youths prepare for the civil services (CS) examination here.

Developed by city-based educational institution Lisas, the programme would enable young students qualify the CS examination with better awareness and guidance.

Former OPSC chairman Bibekananda Patnaik, Higher Education Secretary MS Padhi and Lisas director Linu Chayani were present.
