लेखांश 1-प्रश्नों के लिए निर्देषः नीचे दिए गए लेखांश को पढ़े तथा उसके बाद प्रश्नों के उत्तर दे। आपके उत्तर लेंखांश पर ही आधारित होना चाहिए।

किसी राष्ट्रीय पर्यटन नीति मंडल के लिए वास्तविक ग्राहक सभी है जो भारत भर के क्षेत्रिय और स्थानीय समुदायों का समावेश करते है। पर्यटक और पर्यटन उद्योग साधारणतः एक कर्ता है। पर्यटन उद्योग उस संदेश को फैलाने के लिए बहुत अच्छा है कि पर्यटन के माध्यम से बड़े आर्थिक लाभ मिलेंगे। लेकिन यात्रा कंपनियाँ, होटलों, श्रद्धलाओंु या पर्यटन ऑपरेटरों जो कि विदेशों में स्थित हो को बने सभी फायदे कितनी बार मिलेंगे। हजारों, यहां तक कि लाखों पर्यटको के होने का राष्ट्रीय अर्थव्यवस्था को फायदा है जब उनके द्वारा खर्च अधिकतर राशि कही और चली जाती है। मेेजबान देश या किसी अंतराष्ट्रीय कार्यक्रम के लिए क्षेत्र को एयरपोर्ट, बंदरगाह, सड़कों और सार्वजनिक सुविधाओं को आवश्यक रूप से प्रदान और उनका रखरखाव करना चाहिए, बढ़े हुए यातायात के लिए पानी और जल निकास व्यवस्था प्रदान करनी चाहिए, लेकिन कुछ अंतराष्ट्रीय आगंतुक उनके द्वारा यात्रा किए गए स्थानों पर बहुत कम ही लंबे समय के लिए रूकते है। स्थानीय समुदायों में कुछ लोग ज्ञात कर पाते है कि वास्तव में पर्यटकों की भीड़ से किन फायदों को प्राप्त किया गया है। भारतीय पर्यटन नीति विकास के लए सबसे महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दा यह है कि स्थानीय अर्थव्यवस्था जितना संभव हो सके पर्यटन राजस्व को एकत्रित करें।

1. निम्नलिखित कथनों पर विचार करे।

1. पर्यटन उद्योग उस क्षेत्र को फैलाने के लिए बहुत अच्छा है कि पर्यटन को माध्यम से बड़े सामाजिक-सांस्कृतिक लाभ मिलेंगे।

2. पर्यटन उद्योग और पर्यटक साधारणतः आर्थिक विकास के कर्ता है।

नीचे दिए गए कुट का उपयोग करते हुए सही उत्तर का चयन करेः

2.इस प्रश्न से लेखक का तात्पर्य है ‘‘लेकिन यात्रा कंपनियों, होटलों या पर्यटन ऑपरेटरो जो कि विदेशों में बसे हो कि वो सभी फायदे कितनी बार वापस मिलेंगे।’’

1.यह समझना महत्वपूर्ण है कि पर्यटन होने वाले आर्थिक फायदे राष्ट्रीय अर्थव्यवस्था को फायदा पहुँचाएगे या नही।

2.यह समझना महत्वपूर्ण है कि पर्यटन उद्योग संवहनीय है या नहीं।

नीचे दिए गए कुट का उपयोग करते हुए सही उत्तर का चयन करेः

3. निम्नलिखित कथनो पर विचार करेः

1.अंतराष्ट्रीय कार्यक्रमों की मेजबानी करने वाले देशों के लिए स्थानीय समुदायों के लोग को पर्यटको की भीड़ से अधिकतर फायदा नहीं होता है।

2. अंतराष्ट्रीय कार्यक्रमों के मामले में सुधरी हुई बुनियादी सुविधाएं मेजबान देश के स्थानीय समुदायों को फायदा नही पहुचाती।

b. विदेशी पर्यटक इन स्थानों में कम ही ठहरते है।

c. विदेशी पर्यटक इन स्थानों पर बहुत ही ठहरते है।

d.इसके लिए संबंधित सरकार तथा विभाग जिम्मेवार है।

5. भारतीय पर्यटक निती विकास के लिए सबसे महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दा है-

a. पर्याप्त पर्यटन राजस्व एकत्र करना

b. पर्याप्त सांस्कृतिक राजस्व एकत्र करना

c.पर्याप्त पर्यटन नीति को बनाना

d. जितना संभव हो सके पर्यटन राजस्व को एकत्रित करना।
