• A second road map to mitigate global warming that would involve all parties.
• Establishment of Ad-hoc, working group charged with (by 2015), a suitably ambitious protocol, legal instrument or an agreed outcome with legal force to enter into force by 2020.

Ans:  Put together a substantial coalition including the small Islands States, least developed and emerging economies like Brazil and South Africa, etc.
