Art 253:
- Rules on international treaty can be made union govt only even if matter is in state list.
Art 246:
- Union List includes oilfields, mines and inter-state rivers. The State List includes public health, sanitation, agriculture, water supplies and drainage. The Concurrent list includes forests, protection of wildlife, mines and minerals.
Art 51 A:
- Every citizen has a duty to protect and improve the natural environment including forests, lakes, rivers and wild life, and to have compassion for living creatures
Art 32:
- Directly SC can be approached in case of voilation of right to life.
Art 25:
