Applications are invited from Citizens of India under Para-3 of this Notice, for the following Group `B` & Group `C` Selection Posts. • Preservation Assistant Gr.I: 03 posts,

• Botanical Assistant: 04 posts,
  Pay Scale : Rs. 9300-34800 grade pay Rs.4200,
  Age: 30 years
• Library Clerk (Reprography): 01 post,
  Pay Scale : Rs. 5200-20200 grade pay Rs.1900,
  Age: 18-25 years
• Scientific Assistant – I: 01 post,
  Pay Scale : Rs. 5200-20200 grade pay Rs.2800,
  Age: 18-25 years
• Junior Hindi Translator: 01 post,
  Pay Scale : Rs. 9300-34800 grade pay Rs.4200,
  Age: 27 years
• Field man: 02 posts,
  Pay Scale : Rs. 5200-20200 grade pay Rs. 1900,
  Age: 28 years

Nationality Citizenship:

A candidate must be either :

• A citizen of India,
• A subject of Nepal
• A Tibetan refugee who came over to India, before the 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India
• A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
• Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (b), (c), (d) and (e) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
• A candidate in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary may be admitted to the Examination but the offer of appointment will be given only after the necessary eligibility certificate has been issued to him by the Government of India.

Fee Payable : Rs.50/- (No fee for Women/ SC/ST/PH and Ex-Servicemen) by means of Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS) only, available at head post office all over the country.
