5. Goods and services tax has various impacts on finances of the Centre and states, what are those impacts and what should be the mechanism for the compensation of states?

6. Small banks and payment banks can deepen the financial inclusion process, and help get more people under the formal financial system. Briefly explain about these banks.

7. Research frauds are a big problem in higher research. Do you think UGC has provided enough safeguard in this field?
