Apply Online To Jharkhand Combined Civil Service Examination

Step 1 :- After clicking on application tab against advertisement candidates will be routed to Basic Information Page. At Basic Information Page candidate have to fill their name, address, father's name, husband's name (where applicable), date of birth and then click on “Click here to calculate age” so that system can calculate the age of the candidate automatically. Then candidate should fill mobile no., email address, gender, marital status, nationality, mother tongue, identification mark, caste etc. Candidate's under reservation category on the basis of caste has to mention specifically whether they want any reservation based on caste. If yes, subsequently they have to enter their caste certificate details i.e. Certificate no. and date of issue. Candidates claiming reservation against handicapped or sports quota also need to furnish certificate details at appropriate places.Candidates have to fill minimum educational details as prescribed in the notification to be considered as successfully registered. In absence of appropriate educational details as per advertisement, candidature is liable to be cancelled.Candidates also have to furnish details if they have appeared for earlier conducted examinations,if employed with Govt. Of Jharkhand, if debarred from UPSC/any other PSC. They also have to mention their relationship if they are relative of Chairman / Member / Gazetted /Non-Gazetted /Employee of JPSC in appropriate place.After filling all details the candidates have to confirm the declaration by clicking on check box,enter security code at appropriate place and click on “Submit” button.

Step 2 :- After clicking on “Submit” button, they will be routed to preview page where they will be able to view what they have entered. If they find any discrepancy then they can click on “Edit” to rectify the same which will route them to editable basic information page, else they can click on “Submit” to proceed to next step.

Step 3:- At this stage candidate have to enter details of their challan payment and upload photo and signature by clicking on “Browse” and selecting photo and signature at appropriate places and then finally click on “Submit”.

Step 4:- At this stage their registration no and password will be generated. Candidates need to take print out of filled up application (acknowledgement form) and send it to commission within the prescribed date along with JPSC’s copy of Challan in original and other credential as mentioned in advertisement. Candidate's acknowledgement form will be generated within 3 days of submitting online registration form after the payment is validated with bank.
