CSIR will hold an all India Competitive Examination (CSIR-CASE 2013) For recruitment to the posts of Assistants (General/Finance & Account/Store & Purchase) Grade I, Open to Indian Nationals only, at the following Centres:-

Salary: Rs.9300-34800 Grade Pay-Rs.4200+Allowance as per Central Government rules, as made application to CSIR.

Education Qualification: All Candidate, including CSIR departmental candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree of a recognized university in any discipline as on 31/12/2012

Age Limit: Upper Age 28 Years

Selection Procedure:

The candidate will be selected on the basic of marks obtained in the competitive Examination, conducted at the centres mentioned above, and their performance in Interview. The examination will be objective type and shall consist of two papers (Paper -I and II) of 150 Marks each. Those candidate who score minimum cut off marks in the examination (Paper-I and II), as may be fixed by CSIR at its discretion, will be called for interview.

CSIR may fix separate minimum cut off marks for paper I and II. Interview shall be of 100 Marks.

Candidate Must upload their recent clearly visible colour passport size photograph (.jpg format only, max size 100 KB) in the space provided in the online application form. Application without photo will be considered incomplete and shall be rejected forthwith.
