Hello, My name is Adwaith. Iam from chennai.I have completed my B tech. and i am preparing for the civil services exam for the next year. I have joined in Rau's IAS study circle in delhi. The classes start from november.I hope i would get the help and support i need to crack this exam. I wanted to know how to start preparing for this exam. hai preetha how r u? which subject u choose 2 preliminary and main optional? if u choose geography as ur optional u go coaching in sanker ias near annanager. public adminstration as ur optional u go 2 ganesh ias near annanager roundana.. 1st u select which subject 4r ur optional. ok bye takecare.

the Hindu Newspaper is best for prelims...also read Economic Times... as the UPSC trend changed a lot u need to shift from one to another... just take important topics from newspapers make short points...dont mugg-up any points....read & keep in mind thats all... in magazines there is different sections...read once & underline only the important words only but not the whole sentence ... in pencil...& make very short notes so that it helps you at the time of xms.... hai priya how r u? hindu and economic news paper best for current events. after that best megazines like civilservice times, chonicle, wizard are more usefu. in hindu u must read editorial page and important issues like agreement, place in news, achievements if any and sports news important personality and business personality. enough 4r u .
