Query regarding Postage Stamp of Rs. 6

Question :
Hi ,
Can anyone let me know that the Rs.6/- stamp has to be pasted only on the ENVELOPE or on the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT CARD also.
As there are two places where stamps are to be affixed.
Also , I wud like to know that the photograph should be in COLOUR or BLACK&WHITE.
Please help me out of this.

Answer :
Rs.6 Stamp is for Acknowledgement card and a stamp for appropriate amount has to be affixed on the envelope containing ur app & Ack Card
