Applications are invited by the undersigned on plain paper from the eligible candidates for TWO posts of Junior Research Fellows in a Department of Biotechnology, Government of India approved research project in this laboratory.

Title of the project: “Host-parasite interaction: Transcriptome responses to parasitism in the silkworm, Bombyx mori”.

Tenure of the project: 3 years

Educational Qualification:

Essential Qualification

• M.Sc. in Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology/ Genetics/ Molecular Genetics with minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates).
• B.Sc Degree or Honors in Biological sciences/Zoology/Life Sciences with minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates)

Desired Qualification: Preference will be given to CSIR-UGC NET-JRF qualified candidates.

Emoluments :  JRF: Rs.12000/- p.m + HRA
