One Senior Scientific Officer, Gr.II(Chemical) in the Directorate General of Aeronautical Quality Assurance, Ministry of Defence, Defence Aeronautical Quality Assurance Service.

Qualifications :

  • Essential :
    A. Educational : Master’s Degree in Science with Chemistry as a special subject or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.
    B. Experience : Two years’ experience in a responsible position in the field of Quality Assurance/development/production/inspection of consumables used in airborne stores viz aircraft/air armament and related ground support equipment.
  • Desirable : i) Certificate course in German or French or Russian. ii) Second class in (i) above.

Duties : Quality assurance and inspection of aeronautical stores and consumables during production viz. fuels for aviation use, oils, lubricants and allied consumable for use in defence, import substitution indigenous development of the above, failure analysis/defect investigation pertaining to the said stores. HQ : Anywhere in India in the establishments of DGAQA.

Three Senior Scientific Officers, Gr.II(Computer Engineering) in the Directorate General of Aeronautical Quality Assurance, Ministry of Defence, Defence Aeronautical Quality Assurance Service. Out of three posts, one post is reserved for OBC candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Essential:
    A. Educational: Master’s Degree in Electronics / Computer Science / Physics with Computer Science from a recognized University or equivalent. OR Degree in Electronics/Computer Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.
    B. Experience: Two years’ practical experience in a responsible position in Quality Assurance of embedded and application software development relating to aeronautical/electronics industry. Desirable: i) Certificate course in German or French or Russian. ii) Second class in (i) above.

Duties: Evaluation, inspection and quality assurance of embedded and application software relating to airborne systems, ground systems and automated test equipments. HQ : Anywhere in India in the establishments of DGAQA.

3.(Ref.No.F.1/248/2009-R-VI)
Eight Senior Scientific Officers, Gr.II(Mechanical) in the Directorate General of Aeronautical Quality Assurance, Ministry of Defence, Defence Aeronautical Quality Assurance Service. Out of eight posts, two posts are reserved for SC candidates and one post each is reserved for ST & OBC candidates.

Qualifications :

  • Essential :
    A. Educational : Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.
    B. Experience : Two years’ practical experience in production, development or quality assurance in the field of aircraft/missile/air armament and other airborne stores and related ground support equipments.
  • Desirable : i)Certificate course in German or French or Russian. ii) Second class in (i) above.

Duties : Inspection and quality assurance of military aircraft, aero engines, their allied systems, Air armament and airborne and ground equipment during their manufacture, overhauling and indegenisation. HQ : In the establishments of DGAQA, located all over India.

Three Senior Scientific Officers, Gr.II (Electrical) in the Directorate General of Aeronautical Quality Assurance, Ministry of Defence, Defence Aeronautical Quality Assurance Service. Out of three posts, one post is reserved for OBC candidates.

Qualifications :

  • Essential :
    A. Educational : Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.
    B. Experience : Two years’ practical experience in production, development or quality assurance in the field of electrical systems and equipment in aircraft/missile/air armament and other airborne stores and related ground support equipments.
  • Desirable : i) Certificate Course in German or French or Russian. ii) Second Class in (i) above.

Duties : Quality assurance of DG sets, electrical machines, cables, batteries, ground support equipment, electrical systems and accessories pertaining to the military aircraft during their development, production, repair, overhauling etc.

Twelve Assistant Professors(Anaesthesia), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central Health Service(Teaching Specialist Sub-Cadre). Out of twelve posts, one post each is reserved for SC& ST candidates and four posts are reserved for OBC candidates.

Qualifications :

  • Essential :
    A. Educational : i) A recognized Medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (Other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational Qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in Sub-section(3) of Section 13 of the IMC Act, 1956.
    ii) Post-Graduate Degree in the concerned speciality i.e. M.D.(Anaesthesiology)/M.S.(Anaesthesiology) / DA (Two years course) / FFARCS (by examination) Speciality Board of Anaesthesiology (USA).
    B. Experience : At least three years’ teaching experience in the concerned speciality as Lecturer /Tutor / Demonstrator/Registrar /Senior Resident after the requisite post-graduate degree qualification.

NOTE : I: The Medical qualifications possessed by the candidates should have the recognition of the Medical Council of India. In case of medical posts other than Allopathic system of medicine, the qualifications should be included in the respective Schedule of the Act governing that system of medicine. The proof thereof may be attached.

NOTE :II: In so far as Post-Graduation Medical qualifications awarded by Indian Universities are concerned, they should also find a place in the Schedules to Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, as amended from time to time. In case of medical posts other than Allopathic system of medicine, the qualifications should be included in the respective Schedule of the Act governing that system of medicine. The proof thereof may be attached.

NOTE : III : The experience gained should be recognized by the MCI or the statutory body concerned of the system of medicine as valid teaching experience for teaching posts and certificate therefore or any other valid proof in support thereof should be submitted. Teaching experience in any other post like the post of General Duty Medical Officer/Medical Officer shall not be considered for eligibility purpose for recruitment to the teaching posts.

NOTE-IV: In the case of qualifications in Super-Specialities (M.Ch./D.M.) except in the case of holders of D.M./M.Ch. of five years duration, the holders should have obtained M.D.(General Medicine) or M.S.(General Surgery) or an equivalent qualification as prescribed by the said council in its recommendations on post graduate medical examination.

NOTE-V: In the case of holder of D.M./M.Ch. qualification of five years duration, the period of Senior Post graduate residency rendered in the last part of the said D.M/M.Ch. shall be counted towards requirement of experience.

NOTE : VI : Holders of speciality Board of USA qualifications should complete the entire requirements of the Board concerned.

NOTE : VII : Completion of compulsory Rotating Internship Certificate, Registration Certificate, an official document showing name of College/Institution from where degree/diploma has been done and official document showing name of the University and College from where teaching experience has been gained to be furnished. Duties: To impart theoretical and practical instructions to Under-graduate/Post-graduate medical students. To conduct and guide research work in the speciality. To render patient care in the Speciality. Any other duties that may be assigned by the authorities from time to time.

ANY OTHER CONDITIONS :
The other conditions of service will be as laid down in the CHS Rules, 1996 and other rules in force from time to time in particular :-
(A) Private practice of any kind whatsoever shall not be allowed including any consultation and laboratory practice.
(B) The candidate selected will, if so required, be liable to serve in any Defence Service, or post connected with the Defence of India, for a period of not less than four years including the period spent in training, if any ; provided that such officer: i) will not be required to serve as aforesaid after the expiry of 10 years from the date of appointment or from the date of joining the service. ii) Will not ordinarily be required to serve as aforesaid after attaining the age of 45 years.

    A. Educational : Master’s Degree in Psychology or Education of a recognized University with papers either in Mental Testing or Educational and Vocational Guidance and Statistics.
    B. Experience : Three years’ experience in the construction and use of aptitude tests.

Duties : To provide assistance and guidance in assessing different potentialities of human behaviour. To help in organizing & conducting training seminars in vocational guidance and aptitude tests for the selection of Trainees and prepare material for imparting pre-recruitment training of SC/ST candidates in various competitive examinations.

Duties : To conduct theory classes and practical in workshop. To maintain the training records. To supervise the work of Vocational Instructors and Workshop Attendant. To assist the Director/Principal/Vice-Principal in conducting Final Trade Tests and all India Skill competitions and to carry out the other duties assigned by them.

Any Other Condition : The duties of Labour Enforcement Officers(Central) involve intensive touring in different areas and residence in and out of way places.

Two Deputy Controllers of Mines in Indian Bureau of Mines, Ministry of Mines. Out of two posts, one post is reserved for OBC candidates.
