UPSC invites application on prescribed forms by 29th November 2007 (6th December 2007 for the candidates from far flung areas) for various posts in various Government of India Ministries and Departments in the prescribed format. The post are :

1.
One Senior Scientific Officer, Gr.II (Electrical-Elctronics Engineering) in Directorate General of Quality Assurance, Department of Defence Production, ministry of Defence, Pay Scale : Rs. 8000-13500/-, Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech. in Elcetrical Engineering from a recognised university or equivalent, Experience : 2 years practical experience in Production/ Development/ Quality Assurance in the filed of electrical/electronics components. , Age : 35 years
2.
Fifteen (15) Health Specialist in Health & F.W. Ministry, Department of Health, Specialist Grade-II of Central Health Service, Public Specialist, Sub-Cadre, (ST-2, OBC-11, UR-2), Pay Scale : Rs.10000-15200/-, Qualification : a recognised medical qualification (ii) post-graduate Degree/Diploma qualification in the speciality of Public Health i.e. MD (Social and Preventive medicine)/ MD (Community Medicine) / Dr. P.H. or any other equivalent degree recognised by MCI/ DPH/DIH/MPH/DTM/ DT&H or equivalent. Experience : 3 years experience in Publi Health ., Age : 45 years
3.
Three Deputy Directors (Industrial Hygience) in Directorate General of Factory Advice Service & Labour Institutes (DGFASLI), Mumbai, Labour & Employment Ministry, Pay Scale : Rs. 10000-15200/-, Qualification: Master's Degree in Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry of a recognsied university of equivalent., Experience : 5 years' experince in Industrial Hygiene preferably in Chemical analysis of samples in a research institution. , Age : 40 years

Fee payable is Rs.50/- in the shape of Central Recruitment Fee Stamp only.
