Common Law Entrance Test 2010
Eleven law schools from across the country will hold the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) on May 9, 2010 for admission to five-year integrated LLB courses.
Eligibility: A candidate should have passed Higher Secondary School/Intermediate Examination (10+2) or its equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of SC/ST/OBC and persons with Disability). Age of candidate should not be more than 20 years (in case of General/OBC candidates and 22 years in case of SC/ST and persons with Disability on July 1, 2010.
Pattern of the Test Paper for Undergraduate Programme
Total Marks: 200.
Total number of questions: 200
Subject areas with weightage: English including Comprehension: 40 Marks, General Knowledge / Current Affairs: 50 Marks, Elementary Mathematics: 20 Marks, Numerical ability / Legal Aptitude: 45 Marks, Logical Reasoning: 45 Marks
CLAT 2010 Application Forms will be available from January 11, 2010 from selected branches of State Bank of India as also from member universities. For further information visit www.clat.ac.in.
Last date for submitting the application form will be April 2, 2010.
