Patiala girls gets top ranks in Punjab Civil Services Exam

In a happy coincidence, three girls from Patiala have topped the Punjab Civil Services (PCS) exams, the results of which were declared by the Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) on Thursday.

Ravjot Grewal got the first rank by securing 65.88%, while Kamaljot Kaur and Navreet Kaur Sekhon were second and third respectively. Kamaljot and Navreet live in localities near the Punjabi University, Patiala.

Ravjot did her Bachelors of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Army Medical College of Dental Sciences, Hyderabad, in 2010. She was selected as an excise and taxation officer (ETO) after securing 40th rank in the PCS examinations held last year.
