UNIT-II: Housing and Interior Decoration -
- Developing trends in rural and urban housing.
- Housing problems in India & Role of Government in solving them.
- Building materials & Finishes.
- Building Components - foundation, walls, floors, ceilings, doors & windows.
- Methods of lost estimation of housing/building.
- Techniques of low cost housing.
