Tara Chand, Shabnam Johry, Tanushree Saxena and Renu Kathpalia have together worked together to compile this book. Dr. Tara Chand has been the overall coordinator of the of Tata McGraw Hill’s best-selling book; General Studies for Civil Services Preliminary Examinations (part 1). He is the former Dean of St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi. He taught physics in the college for almost 36 years. Dr.Shabnam Johry is an Associate Professor of Chemistry in St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi. She has an experience of teaching organic chemistry in the college for over 30 years. Dr. Tanushree Saxena is an Associate Professor of Zoology in Swami Shraddhanand College of the University of Delhi and has been teaching for past 20 years. Dr. Renu Kathpalia is an Associate Professor in The Department of Botany in Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi where she has been teaching for past 22 years.
