Spectacular Total Solar Eclipse Enjoyed by Millions

• The total solar eclipse on 2 July 2019 was visible for the first time after the great total solar eclipse in August 2017 over (lie continental United States.
• The eclipse was enjoyed by millions of skywatchers across South America. The path of totality was near La Serena, Chile, ending just south of Buenos Aires, Argentina. The Moon completely blocked out the Sun for up to 2.5 minutes.
