Coaching for Civil Service Aptitude Test (CSAT) 2011

"The State Government's All India Civil Services Coaching Centre, Chennai, will conduct an entrance test to select candidates for the civil services coaching programme on October 31. Candidates who have completed an undergraduate degree are eligible to apply for the test. The minimum age limit is 21 years. The application forms for the entrance test should be submitted to the centre within September 15. Aplication are invited from candidates of Tamilnadu, desirous to undergo coaching for the UPSC Civil Service Aptitude Test 2011. coaching will be conducted for the 6 months at the abouve centre from December, 2010.

Those who have already undergone coaching in this Institute undergo regular stream for Preliminary or Main Examination or who have already written I.A.S., Main Examination need not apply.

1. Residential and Non-residential (Part-Time-Evening) Streams:

Coaching is of two kind: Full time (Residential) and Part-time - Evening (Non-residential) for the different categories as below:

Eligibility:

• Qualification: Degree from recognized university.
• Age Limit (as on 1-8-2011): Minimum 21 year for all candidates. Maximum 30 year for General Candidates. 33 years for Backward Classes / BC-M / MBC / DNC / and 35 years for Scheduled Caste, Arunthathiyars and Scheduled Tribes.
• Fees: 1000 only for entire course.
• Entrance Examination: at 10:30 A.M. on 31.10.2010 (No TA/DA shall be paid for attending the Entrance Examination.
• Last date of receipt of application: 15.9.2010
