1. my first problem his i have not a book list for political science and gujrati laungage for cse main exam
2 my second, is i have no idea about csat and also not about its pattern

i am a student of b.tech from computer science branch,
please suggest me that whether psychology is a better option for ias mains exam or i should choose any other subject....

I think history will be a better option,if you like history.it will help u in prelims also.psychology is not a bod option if u like the subject.subject is little vague

I am a b.tch 3rd year studend and my branch is EEE.I waana prepare for IAS, one of my sub is electrical and for other sub i am little bit confuse,either to take physics or phycology.......

This is good time to start your preparation for civils.
My suggestion is take one subject as electrical engineering and take second one in social studies, e.g. Psychology, Public Administration, Geography, etc....
Generally first optional will be your graduate level course and the other depends on your interest. So choose the optional according to your interest.
I am also from EEE background, at present I am doing M.E. in IISc,Bangalore.
