hey get a book the name is Quantitative aptitude by RS Agarwal..it helps you to prepare for maths...Verbal & Non Verbal Reasoning by RS Agarwal it helps for reasoning...bye...

better to choose public admin reasons behind
easily available study material
syblus is short
easily available coaching and
most importnat thing is easy to revise the syllabus within 3 and half month

no need to be fear about background lots of the endeavour have done well
for instance shah faisal from profession doctor (mbbs) and had adopted public admin as one mains paper

last but not least better to focuss on your curosity and interest on that subject
