hello everyone. I am shan. I am a first year Rural management student at Xavier Institute of Management , bhubaneswar. I have doen my graduation in fashion technology, from national Institute of Fashion technology, New Delhi . Worked for 2 yrs before realising that i wish to work in development sector.

I have planned to give CSAT in 2013-14 . i am presently deciding on the subjects which i should consider..i have looked into following options:

Public Ad
managment
Psychology
Pol science and Intnl relations

any two of them. wanted to take pub ad & managment but sombination not allowed ..so confused..

need some guidance in selecting the subject..I have maths background in my 12th.

I have heard that the post of SECTION OFFICER is now under UPSC's ambit, kindly give idea of this exam i.e.-open/departmental, age limit, pattern, commencement etc.
