(IAS Planner) : Job Profile Delhi, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep, Daman and Diu and Dadra and Nagar Haveli (Police) Services (DANIPS)
The Delhi, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep, Daman and Diu and Dadra and Nagar Haveli (Police) Services (DANIPS) provide officers to administer the Police Administration of the Union Territory segments, i.e., Delhi, Andarnan & Nicobar, Lakshadweep, Daman and Diu and Dadra and Nagar Haveli, DANIPS officers are liable to be transferred from one Union Territory to the other. DANIPS is governed by DANIPS Rules and other Central Civil Services Rules amended from time to time by Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) or by Department of Personnel and Training.
