A new hydrogen fuel cells developed at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST).
These new hydrogen fuel cells are not only the world’s most durable but also the most cost-effective in the world.
It is now possible for green energy to be applied to a wider range of applications to achieve a carbon-neutral world in the future.
As a clean energy option, hydrogen fuel cells generate electricity by converting hydrogen and oxygen into electricity, without releasing carbon dioxide and particulate matter causing health issues and smog.
The research was published in the journal Nature Catalysis.
