MUSLIM IAS, IPS, IFS, IRS TOPPERS from UPSC 2017

MUSLIM TOPPERS 2017 : 

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Friday declared the results of the 2017 Civil Services examinations based on the written tests followed by personal interviews. Six Muslims have figured in top 100 recommended for different Civil Services posts in India.

The 06 Muslims who figured among top 100 are

Saad Miya Khan (Rank 25),

Sameera S (Rank 28),

Fazlul Haseeb (Rank 36),

Jameel Fathima Zeba (Rank 62),

Haseen Zahera Rizvi (Rank 87) and

Azhar Siya (Rank 97).

A total of 50 Muslims (5.04%) have figured in the list of 990 successful candidates. Among them are

• Syed Ali Abbas (Rank 137),
• Mutiur Rahman (Rank 154),
• Aasim Khan (Rank 165),
• Syed Imran Masood (Rank 10) and
• Mohammad Junaid (Rank 200).
